I promise to get better....LOL!

For someone who spends as much time as I do on the internet, you figure i would update a little more often right?

I think it's because by the end of the day i'm so tired and it just slips my mind!

Well latley we haven't done a whole lot, just hung out with family and stuff!

We have been on the go constantly latley and here soon when I start school I don't think i'll ever have a few minutes to my self! I'm so super tired all the time for some reason!

Yummy dinner, and some good family time!

Today, Aubree and I went to take care of somethings.

For example- To get Registraion for the ticket i just got! better late then never right?

We also washed the car, which Aubree was not a fan of, she was super scared of the noises!

We went to my mom's after all that for some delicious dinner!

Not sure what it was, but it was like a chicken fiesta thing.

It was Chicken and some spices, with queso and salsa on top..DELISH!

3 tickets?

Guess who had a horrible Monday!?

I DID!! I got 3 tickets, 3!! Who does that!??

1- No valid registraion

2- No valid insurance

3- Suspended drivers license.

UGHHHH! bummer.

Family BBQ and some fun times!

Well, Saturday we went to a family BBQ with Chad's side of the family, to celebrate all of the July Birthdays!

First, Great-Granddaddy Dale and Great Grandma Pepper came over!

Daddy even joined in for a picture!!

We had a few minutes to spare, so i took a few fun pictures of Aubree!

All in all, we had a great time! Happy Birthday Chad, Lisa, Grandaddy Dale and Tim!

On sunday- we went to church in the morning, and then headed over to Carolyn's for swimming and some fun!

Cousin Savanah!

We even tried to get Aubree ready, but she wasn't having it!

Well, we went and sawm for a few hours, and someone got super sleepy...

All in all, great weekend...only thing missing..DADDY! We miss you and love you!

A BIG UPDATE!

Whose really behind on their blog?? I AM!

OMGSH! I haven't been able to update in a while, because of the move and because the lack of internet access!!

Well- Where to start??

Wednseday, July 7th-

My brother flew in from Dallas to help us pack up the rest of the house, and to help me move back to TX! A 16 hr drive alone with an 8 month old would have never happened!

After my brother arrived, he wanted to go and see the beach! We also stopped by this welcome to Savannah sign, because his daughters name is Savanah, and he wanted to fix it the way that he thought it should be!

After that, we headed down to the beach for a little bit! I didn't get to take any pictures because i left my camara in the car! boo!!

We then headed back to the house, with a stop at Applebees. Oh yes, Aubree also pooped through not 1 but 2 outfits in about a 2 hours span. No one filled me in on the repercutions of Apple Juice.

Well, that night we cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and tried to get everything out of the house, we had the move out inspection the next morning!

Needless to say, after staying up until 3 a.m we were done! Finally!

Thursday was doom's day as i like to call it. Chad was deploying that night...

We hung out for a little bit and then headed off to our friend Ashley's because he wasn't deploying until 11 that night!

She is a total Daddy's Girl!

All in all, it was an okay day, with a really rough night. I wasn't ready just yet. It broke my heart watching them sit together, because i knew she was never going to be this little again, and all the things he was soon going to be missing out on.

She misses her daddy for sure....

BUT, on a good note...Guess who is offically drinking from a sippy cup?

Just a quick update-

I know i haven't updated in a while, and i just wanted to drop bye to say that i will be updating as soon as i get some internet access!!

Happy 4th of July!

What a better way to start out the long holiday weekend then with a carnival, world famous Frisbee dog show, and a free Darius Rucker concert? OH, and all the free food and drinks one's hearts could desire!

We started out Friday morning pretty early, we ran to Wal-mart to get some stuff so I can send off a care package for Chad before he gets overseas this week. Just got some little things, body wash, toothpaste, the necessity's.

Then, we went back on post for the rest of the day's activities!

First we stopped by the 3ID Museum..

This was Saddam Hussein's gun collection when 3ID raided his Palace..

Then, we were off to get some lunch and check out the Frisbee Dog Show...

Ronald McDonald was there to hand out free McFlurrys!

These Dogs were the coolest, most talented dogs I've ever seen!

After all that, we headed to get some dinner and Aubree took a long nap!

We went over and found a secret parking spot right next to the stage, that no one else really found! It was only about 3/4 a mile from the entrance, and they were telling everyone that we had to park at least a mile from the front gates! Go us!

So, we sat and hung out for a while to wait for Darius Rucker to come out....

After all that, it was time for some fireworks, and to head home! Needless to say, I was sunburned, a little drunk but that's okay. I wasn't driving!

A lazy day and some memories..

Today, we didn't do anything AT ALL and I can honestly say it felt great. I know that Chad is deploying soon, but i'm 100% okay with just hanging out at home with my family.

Chad got home from work about 10 30 for the day, and we ate some lunch, watched a little t.v, and I even took a great nap! I didn't sleep well last night, and had to get up early with the baby. I don't think i'll be getting much sleep tonight either.

Next week is going to be really tough for me, I don't think i'll get to make my Grandpa's funeral, which sucks, but it is what it is, and I can't change anything now.

My mom fly's in on Thursday, and Chad deploys shortly after that. I can't say excatly when, due to OPSEC.

After that, I'll be moving back to TX, and it's going to be rough. Very rough. All I can think about is how different life is going to be with out my husband, and my Grandfather. We were close, and I could always rely on him for a good laugh. Especailly when I called, and he would always answer the phone, Grandma never answered the phone.

Just before we moved here, my Grandparent's took us to Olive Garden as a surprise going away party, as well as an anniversary gift. He was holding Aubree, and boy I hope someone got a picture of that.

My Grandpa was also a WW2 Veteran! Hooah!

The funeral home presented my Grandmother with her flag yesterday, and it even came in a super nice case! I found out all the info for having Military Honors at the funeral, and I hope that brings some peace to her.

In other news- I ordered some books from Military One Source a few days ago, I found out about them at the deployment fair. They were free, and are pretty cool!
